Wrexham are the oldest football club in Wales and the third oldest in the world, founded in 1864. Celebrity ownership by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney from 2020 led to back-to-back promotions from the National League to League One. The Racecourse Ground is the world's oldest international football stadium still hosting international matches.
