AwayDay Planner is an independent, fan-built platform for tracking visits to English football league grounds as part of The 92 Challenge. It is operated as a personal project and is currently in public beta.

AwayDay Planner is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with any football club, the Premier League, the English Football League (EFL) or any other official football body.

To use most features of AwayDay Planner you must register for a free account. By registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• Verify your email address before accessing write features
• Keep your password secure and not share your account with others
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AwayDay Planner allows you to submit content including stadium reviews, forum posts, photos, trip notes and check-in messages ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you:

• Confirm that you own or have the right to share that content
• Grant AwayDay Planner a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform
• Agree that your content may be visible to other users based on your privacy settings
• Accept sole responsibility for the accuracy and legality of your content

You must not post content that:

• Is defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing or hateful
• Contains discriminatory language relating to race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability or nationality
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, advertising or unsolicited promotions
• Is false or deliberately misleading
• Contains personal information about other individuals without their consent
• Is illegal under UK law

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms, without notice.

The 92 Challenge refers to the goal of attending a match at every current Premier League and English Football League ground. The list of 92 grounds reflects the current membership of those leagues at the time of our last update.

• We make reasonable efforts to keep stadium and club data accurate but cannot guarantee it is always up to date
• Clubs are promoted and relegated; we update the database accordingly but this may not happen instantly
• It is your responsibility to determine whether a visit qualifies for your personal version of the challenge
• We make no representation that completing The 92 on AwayDay Planner equates to membership of any external 92 Club organisation

You must not use AwayDay Planner to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the platform
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform without our permission
• Create fake accounts or impersonate another person
• Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or Groundhopper Score through dishonest means
• Deliberately disrupt or degrade the service for other users
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent

We operate a community reporting system. Users can flag reviews, photos, forum posts, venues and profiles for moderation review. Our team will review reports and take appropriate action which may include removing content, issuing warnings, or suspending accounts.

Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide reasons for content removal or account suspension, though we will try to do so where reasonable.

AwayDay Planner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In particular:

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure
• Stadium and club information is provided for general guidance only — always verify details independently before travelling
• Trip cost estimates are approximate and should not be relied upon for financial planning
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform
• We are not liable for the content posted by other users

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of AwayDay Planner shall not exceed £0, as the service is provided free of charge.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

AwayDay Planner may contain links to third-party websites, including venue listings, content creator profiles and external resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

The AwayDay Planner name, logo, design, code and original content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute them without our written permission.

Club names, crests, and other football-related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this platform is for informational fan purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

As AwayDay Planner is in beta, features may be added, changed or removed at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue the service entirely, though we will endeavour to give reasonable notice if we do so.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
